​​After 25+ years in M&A/banking in healthcare and commercial real estate and being blessed with the opportunity to help start-up firms as well as work for some of the largest banks in the country...I’ve learned a lot about what works—and what doesn’t. Time and again, I found myself at odds with visions that clung to outdated methods, whether it was producing and printing books, relying on PowerPoint or InDesign, or failing to collect and track data in meaningful ways. These gaps not only hinder valuation accuracy and negotiation leverage but also obscure clear insights into buyer interest and timing—critical factors in delivering results.

For me, speed in business is paramount, and speed only comes from great processes. I’m passionate about efficiency and believe it’s the foundation for not just success but also the satisfaction that comes from doing meaningful work. The brokerage business is undeniably tough, but it’s also an incredibly rewarding people business, and I want to build a firm that reflects those values.

I started this healthcare real estate firm because I’m passionate about creating something different—a platform that thrives on intellectual curiosity and a relentless pursuit of better ways to serve our clients. I want to work with people who share that mindset: individuals who are highly analytical and mathematically inclined, tough yet approachable, and driven by a passion for efficiency and excellence.

I believe we work best when we’re passionate about what we do. For me, that passion lies in solving challenges, streamlining processes, and building a team that’s as committed to delivering value as I am.
